We appreciate that the choice of your honeymoon destination is not one that you will take without a lot of thought, so we would be very happy to discuss your individual requirements and make our suggestions of the resorts that we feel will best meet your expectations.  Just because a hotel is on a paradise island, doesn't mean it will be a romantic, paradise property. Without careful planning and intimate knowledge of the South Pacific, you could end up sharing your tropical beach with the local kids club, or a New Zealand rugby team on a stag weekend!

 

For your wedding, there is a wide selection of ceremonies, styles and locations to choose from, but unlike most of our competitors, we do not want to prejudge your own very individual requirements.  All you need to do is tell us exactly what you would like, from the location of the ceremony to the colour of your bouquet. We will do the rest - nothing is too much trouble. Whatever your requirements we can arrange that unforgettable moment.

 

We can arrange marriages on any of the islands (although we would not recommend some of them!), you just have to allow three or four days prior to the wedding ceremony to facilitate the local paperwork.  However, in French Polynesia, you have to book your wedding 90 days in advance and we must submit all the paperwork, which must all be translated into French by a registered notary here in the UK (original copies of most documents; photocopies not acceptable) to the Mayor's office in French Polynesia, a minimum 60 days in advance, or the wedding cannot take place. We, therefore, must have all the relevant paperwork at least 90 days in advance, to allow time for checking and shipping the documents to the islands. A translater must be present at the ceremony if the couple does not speak French, and the official wedding can only take place in the Mayors office or Town Hall on Moorea, Bora Bora or Tahiti.  The ceremony at your chosen property would then only be a blessing.  Sadly, the rules and regulations in French Polynesia make getting actually married there quite difficult, so we recommend that you get married somewhere like the Cook Islands or Fiji and then maybe have your honeymoon in French Polynesia. Put Your Honeymoon on the Wedding Gift List

 

We are happy to offer a Wedding Gift List service to our clients. So instead of getting too many toasters or picture frames, why not have your friends and relatives contribute towards the cost of your honeymoon.  An example list is available on the Wedding Gift List page to give some ideas to get you started.

It's all very simple; all you have to do is make a selection of gifts and treats to make up your Wedding List, which we will then post on the website, then your guests just call our office and advise which gift they are buying or give their donation via credit or debit card.  We will then send you a list of the contributors so you will know who to thank. It's that easy.
